Customer journey acceptance
- Before paid processing, the user must accept Terms of Use and the AI / Legal Disclaimer.
- The user must separately acknowledge Privacy Policy and consent to temporary processing of the uploaded document for the selected task only.
- The user must confirm that they are authorised to upload the document and that it is not restricted by law, court order or confidentiality duty.
- Report PDFs carry a short-form AI/no-legal-advice caution and the final invoice/payment page.
